Feeling “normal”

Ahhh, another sunny Charleston day and out on the Combahee River with friends watching alligators, dolphins (who knew?!) osprey and other wild life.

So this is what ‘normal’ feels like!  The only thing of concern is the fire ant bites I got yesterday on my instep… how wonderful!

Paddling, biking and preparing to instruct and take an SUP Instructor Certification prior to my Hysteroscopy…. its a wonderful life when medical issues can be temporary or take a back seat rather than front and center stage.

It IS wonderful that fire ant bites are the very worst thing you have to be concerned about!!! The river wildlife sounds very wonderful 🙂
